PARU RADIA

C-Suite Whisperer® | Execution Ninja | Author of "Messes Behind Successes" (Expected Publication, Fall 2024)

Paru is a rare commodity! Most people fall into one camp as either left brained or right brained. Paru, however, has always mixed her logical side with her creative side to thrive while navigating challenging environments, whether it be in the corporate world or as a founder and entrepreneur.

Becoming a C-Suite Whisperer® and Execution Ninja was a natural path for Paru as she has a keen understanding of the corporate world having been both an employee and a consultant, holding multiple senior level positions and working with senior executives at British Airways, King and Spalding, Stroock, Indeed, Vornado, Square, and Planned Parenthood to name a few.

This experience is what led to the formation of her business — having gained immeasurable Insights working with many different personalities across industries, functions, countries and cultures it has given her the ability to cut through the noise to help her clients crystalize their goals to become more effective leaders.

Known for being a pragmatic optimist and turning entrepreneurial ideas into successful companies, including her own entrepreneurial ventures, Paru launched her company to help executives at various stages and points in their career to accurately assess their mindset, patterns, behaviors, strengths, success criteria, development needs, understand who they really are, articulating what they really want, and creating specific action plans to achieve their desired results.

Ask her clients what sets her apart and they are likely to respond that not only does she get it, she gets to the root of the problem quickly and provides sound guidance, based on real world experience, creating clarity while alleviating stress.

That’s why she is a must-have business confidante - precisely because her approach is not formulaic but instead focuses on who her client is and what their actual needs are.

Time and again, they say she has helped them take control of their businesses, careers, and lives, while staying true to who they are — which in today’s world is invaluable.

Here’s a short introduction - let’s meet!

Still curious about Paru?

Here are answers to some questions we thought you may have…

What’s your story?

Born and raised in London, U.K., to immigrant parents and grew up in a family of hard-working entrepreneurs.

Joined the corporate world upon graduating from university and took every opportunity to work in new and challenging environments including several projects abroad.

12 years later, I became an entrepreneur, learned ferociously and just about survived. Tried again, and this time succeeded. Helped other businesses and Executives before joining the C-Suite of a Corporate Productivity consulting firm for three years.

22 years into my career, I soul-searched, clicked my ruby heels three times, and came “home” to who I am and what I now do for my clients. “There’s no place like home.”

What makes you different?

  • I see and hear more than most.

  • I’m genuinely interested in helping people and businesses grow.

  • I’m all about moving forward and believe magic happens in momentum.

  • I want to help you.

  • People, processes, culture, and business fascinate me.

  • I love communicating candidly.

  • I have a very British sense of humor (humour!).

What brought you to New York?

Bright lights. Big city.

I traveled here frequently for business in 2004 and fell in love with everything New York had to offer, including the space to create anything and be anyone.

Three years later, my love for New York was still strong, so I found a job, got a visa, and bought a one-way ticket.

I haven’t looked back.

How do you pronounce your name?

Thanks for asking!

I’ve responded to a variety of pronunciations of my name, but truly appreciate when it’s said (or at least attempted to be said) correctly.

Tip #1: Phonetically, “Paru” is pronounced “PAAH-ru”, not “Peru” like the country.

Tip #2: Big emphasis on the first syllable, and be broad with it: PA-AH-ru.

Give it a try… and if you can’t pronounce it like my Mum, I’ll still be grateful you tried. Thank you!
